To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 市面上有很多食蒸氣石鍋海鮮嘅餐廳,但係可以令大家滿意嘅相信為數不多,小編今次嚟到呢一間位於銅鑼灣嘅海鮮蒸氣鍋餐廳享用晚餐,小編今次order咗尊貴海鮮套餐。有相當罕有嘅綠膏蟹,肉質相當,新鮮啖啖肉,另外有太平洋饅頭蟹,據講一年可以打撈到嘅只有兩至三個月,因為呢啲大多數都係生活係深海,所以食起上嚟有淡淡的新鮮味道亦都有野生琵琶龍蝦,台灣鮑魚同埋大赤蝦,龍蝦肉質鮮嫩、鮑魚爽滑,赤蝦新鮮。同時亦都有大西洋野生青口,野生日本深海白刀貝,亦都有翡翠螺,同埋珍珠蠔,每樣海鮮都相當新鮮,鮮味十足。小編同場order咗一條野生象拔蚌做刺身,享用完海鮮之後仲有一鍋粥底,之後仲有碗椰汁燕窩做甜品,每一道海鮮相當新鮮,粥底鮮味濃郁,甜品美味,相當完美嘅一餐海鮮盛宴。
