今日外籍阿頭請客,而佢係對gluten敏感嘅,喺越/泰/滬菜餐館之中,我哋揀咗食南小館。原來阿頭之前喺elements分店試過,佢都好鍾意!聽聞呢頭lunch time人頭湧湧,為咗避免要等位,我11點半打咗去book枱!我哋未夠12點半就去到喇~餐廳好大!有17x個位,我哋入座時餐廳應該只有3成滿~不過約1點就已經full house了!餐廳裝修好靚!有好多舊式擺設,有水壺、手提皮喼、油燈,等等,整體感覺係好contemporary!一入座就serve咗杯蕎麥茶,我唔係好識飲茶,我覺得似玄米茶嘅味道,唔知玄米茶同蕎麥茶有咩分別呢,好香!今餐由阿頭同同事發板,我負責食食食 上菜好快,即刻睇相!本身我好鍾意食爽口嘅菜,四季豆啱晒我 唔會好油,味道唔會好濃味,鹹味適中! 100分!跟住有四小拼涼拌,雲耳秋葵中規中矩,四喜烤麩應該係豆腐乾,兩款素食都係比較清淡。我食得太慢,想食口水川雞時已經冇晒,所以冇份食,但我要大讚花雕白雞好香酒味,雞肉質好滑,只係食咗一塊,已經好impressive!! 100分!呢個蝦肉紅油抄手,蝦肉Q彈,略嫌唔夠辣得刺激!呢個大良炒飯,我同同事都覺得好疑惑!明明呢

跟住有四小拼涼拌,雲耳秋葵中規中矩,四喜烤麩應該係豆腐乾,兩款素食都係比較清淡。我食得太慢,想食口水川雞時已經冇晒,所以冇份食,但我要大讚花雕白雞好香酒味,雞肉質好滑,只係食咗一塊,已經好impressive!! 100分!

呢個大良炒飯,我同同事都覺得好疑惑!明明呢度食上海菜,而大良明明係順德地方,點解會喺南小館食到大良炒飯呢?

我哋冇繼續深究落去,炒飯趁熱食!呢個炒飯有小蝦仁、松子仁,雖然係用瓦鍋上,但一啲都冇黏底,而且每粒飯都炒得好乾身

跟住有鮮肉小籠包,一對筷子夾起冇穿,咬一口啲汁就會流出嚟,一定要用匙羹接住嚟食!味道冇乜特別,都係一般小籠包嘅味道~

金網生煎鍋貼,外皮甘香脆卜卜,包住好多肉汁!煎鍋貼要煎得靚,餃子皮固然重要,包餃同煎餃都要好有技巧!小妹都會間中自己包餃子,因時間關係,通常都會買現成嘅餃子皮,餃子皮有大有細、有厚有薄,太厚會好似食麵粉噉影響口感,太薄的話要擔心餡料太多汁令個皮易穿,而煎餃對於我嚟講係高難度動作,好難煎到又香又唔燶,唔知係咪我技巧唔ok定我嘅煎pan唔ok!
不過我我欣賞呢度煎餃煎得好嘅!

雖然食得飽飽,但一開始就已經開啟咗個甜品肚(睇menu時已經流口水),所以一定要點~

同事們揀咗3款甜品,有桂花蜜拉糕,細沙南瓜糰,金柚脆麻球。先試咗桂花蜜拉糕,一入口已經食到糕面嘅桂花蜜,配清香嘅拉糕甜而不膩,好夾!細沙南瓜糰,賣相好得意,整番一個小南瓜,紅荳蓉略甜,不過屬接受範圍!

金柚脆麻球有3重口感,首先會被柚子香吸引咗,一口咬落去有沾滿金香黑白芝麻、脆卜卜嘅波波,入面再有黑芝麻餡,食呢個甜品,溫馨提示,食完一定要照鏡,睇吓啲牙仔喔!
