To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛上大學的女兒十分忙碌，能找時間和她私下共進早餐實在不易。這次我們選擇了樂富的 Alfafa，這裡的沙律新鮮，麵包款式多樣，還有我最喜愛的 Hotcake。今天我們點了魚柳配 Hotcake。這款 Hotcake 不是鬆軟的，而是質感較為扎實，很香蛋味。魚柳則不是一般的冷凍食品，材料很有誠意。女兒點了一份奄列配牛角包，還加了螺絲粉。牛角包鬆軟可口，奄列剛熟，口感恰到好處。而螺絲粉則用蕃茄湯底，味道濃郁。我們還加了薯餅，整個早餐搭配咖啡更加滿足。這樣的早餐不僅美味，還讓我和女兒在忙碌的生活中找到了一絲輕鬆的時光。
