To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港咁多地方有得打邊爐，要突圍而出真係唔容易。中環嘅❣️怡紅院❣️成功吸引我注意😍 店如其名，由門口至內在佈置，都以怡紅院為概念，餐廳為我地準備「包廂」含春閣就足見其創意😂無論裝修、餐具都古色古香，而食物同cocktail都好高質，不妨同朋友一齊去怡紅院打個卡💗𝗕𝘂𝗯𝘂推介🔥 👍 手切本地牛頸脊打邊爐食牛梗係要食牛頸脊🐄 本地牛頸脊雪花好靚，肉質偏瘦有彈性，牛味濃同時保持鮮嫩。👍 鮮雞件雞件我地叫咗一整份，上枱一大盤，足足有成隻雞，中意食邊個部位都得。雞肉斬得好好無碎骨，肉質嫩滑又肥美。👍 羽衣甘藍平時打邊爐好少見嘅羽衣甘藍，估唔到同打邊爐好夾😋 烚一烚無咗平時生食嘅澀味，配上芫荽皮蛋湯底，反而多咗一份芫荽香。📍怡紅院火鍋料理中環雲咸街43-55號余悅禮大廈地下B-C號舖及1樓102-4號舖
