To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日星期六可以遲DD番到公司，咁就去附近的冰室嘆個早餐。地方寬落，楼底高，前面個section是圓櫈，摺枱，入面有卡位。但我喜愛坐前面，無咁大油煙。叫了份街坊早餐……火腿通粉，煎双蛋配厚多士，熱檸水……HK32元通粉的湯底無乜味，煎蛋無乜蛋味整份早餐好普通，比不上一些連鎖快餐店。整體無乜突出之處。但這冰室星期六通常係好少人，静静地，坐得舒服。工作之前可以冲下電
