To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. /JOMO/將軍澳/對住海旁的一間cafe,雖然將軍澳個海沒有很漂亮的說,但這cafe環境尚算頗不錯。平日下午12:30左右到達,當時仍未算多人,但不久後室內就滿座開始要排隊///冷熱latte,同樣叫價$40,冰的咖啡味較香,熱的味道則沒怎麼留下深刻印象挺欣賞它的蕃茄醬,不酸且有creamy效果,唯大蝦不是太新鮮看到忌廉上放了三顆杞子很驚喜。黑芝麻蛋糕很適合當飯後甜品,不甜不膩,黑芝麻味道也很足夠。不太懂評論戚風蛋糕,但口感鬆軟。若要比較兩款蛋糕,抹茶卷略勝,其抹茶忌廉香濃,奶和茶平衡得宜,蛋糕體也鬆軟///整體食物不錯,但定價偏高,點餐、取餐具、斟水均是自助,吃一次便夠
