To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係元朗返工,順便食個靚lunch。我係一個超鍾意食日本野嘅人,見到呢間鋪頭有定食,二話不說就已經衝左入去😋午餐時段非常之多人,好彩我係一個人,唔使點等位就可以入座。我叫咗鹽燒左口魚定食,個賣相好靚,估唔到係原條嘅左口魚!佢外皮微微香脆,有咸香。而魚肉口感唔會鞋口,啖啖肉。雖然係鹽燒,但係都唔會得個死咸。個人覺得都相當唔錯,不過條魚嘅鮮味就爭小小。-有得食原條左口魚,個人覺得個定價都唔算貴,味道質素亦都唔錯,推薦住元朗嘅朋友黎試吓!

我叫咗鹽燒左口魚定食,個賣相好靚,估唔到係原條嘅左口魚!佢外皮微微香脆,有咸香。而魚肉口感唔會鞋口,啖啖肉。雖然係鹽燒,但係都唔會得個死咸。個人覺得都相當唔錯,不過條魚嘅鮮味就爭小小。
