To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於國際交易中心的樓下，除了銀行外，一排的食市林林種種，任君選擇。看見門口的餐牌，菜單好日式。我選了櫻蝦豚肉拉麵，味道一般，如果對拉麵沒有太大要求，質量還好，夠快速。配菜也夠多，伴著濃湯頭，麵條的軟硬程度還可以，唔會太軟，有彈性。碰上午餐時間，這裡也會出現人龍，可能因為大家都愛速食吧。這裡還有一點前結帳會有九折優惠喔～～～可是唔知道現在還有沒有？價格位於中位數，只能說在這算一般。環境還算宽敞，不會太擁擠。
