To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每逢與元朗朋友小聚,總會相約於YOHO嘅GLASS HOUSE,貪坐得舒服又無人趕。餐廳坐落於角落,雖然係室內,但半開放式嘅無蓋設計既開揚又隱私度高,日間可坐出面曬曬日光,夜晚坐內裡夠寧靜隱蔽。$448嘅二人套餐絕對能滿足大胃王胃口,兩款頭款兩碗餐湯兩份主食仲包餐飲甜品,細食嘅女士可以三人點份套餐加配一份小食。某啲款式需要on top +$28-48,豐儉由人。空間大、人手略有不足,雖然等咗一陣先落到單,但上菜效率高;餐湯預先煮好,下單不久已經上枱。粟米忌廉湯入口有質感,能品嚐到香甜帶沙嘅粟米糜蓉;龍蝦湯帶濃烈嘅海水咸鮮,加上少許忌廉同橄欖油,口感更醇滑豐厚。同餐牌相片有些微出入,吞拿魚生片變咗水浸吞拿魚,沙律菜以簡單黑醋調味,酸甜清爽,配上雞蛋,係道營養均衡嘅前菜。同一般泰式蝦餅不同,比起吉列炸更接近半煎炸,無咁油膩,蝦蓉中似加咗蟹柳,食起嚟有啲帶絲質感。足料芝士及五花肉片舖面,配以松露炒成嘅飯底乾爽且粒粒分明;菇菌香令炒飯更輕盈,比火腿或肉粒等常見配料少咗份飽滯及油膩感。西冷非常厚身,目測有八安士,雖然筋佔比多,但撇除筋位,肉質尚算嫩身;ORDER嘅RARE煎得剛剛好,唔會OVER
