小小店舖,好味過許多大酒家及大排檔,隱世高手廚師。簡單一道小菜,細心品嘗就吃得出,廚師對食物制作富有經驗及有擺出個心。炒蜆,不但蜆大隻多肉,居然吃不到一粒沙。炸九肚魚,火喉時間掌握好好。蒸魚雲,好似吸嗻喱咁。菠蘿京都骨,菠蘿係用新鮮菠蘿,出面係食唔到。簡單到連例湯都無味精 好飲。....我媽煮野己經好食,連她都話廚師有料到!
