小小店舖，好味過許多大酒家及大排檔，隱世高手廚師。簡單一道小菜，細心品嘗就吃得出，廚師對食物制作富有經驗及有擺出個心。炒蜆，不但蜆大隻多肉，居然吃不到一粒沙。炸九肚魚，火喉時間掌握好好。蒸魚雲，好似吸嗻喱咁。菠蘿京都骨，菠蘿係用新鮮菠蘿，出面係食唔到。簡單到連例湯都無味精 好飲。....我媽煮野己經好食，連她都話廚師有料到！ continue reading
