在香港獲得米芝蓮三星的中菜真的不多, 今天到九龍朗廷酒店的唐閣. 由2009年起, 唐閣便成為米芝蓮星級餐廳 ,並於2016年首次獲得米芝蓮三星食府殊榮,之後更連續七年榮獲三星, 現在來試試其實力.⭐️⭐️⭐️餐廳的環境及裝潢以中國風為主題, 服務人員殷勤親切有耐性, 令全程吃得很愉快首先是頭盤鮑魚, 非常香口, 鮑魚夠林好鮮味當然不少得必點蟹蓋, 蟹蓋用餐巾包住蟹蓋, 方便客人進食, 蟹蓋啖啖蟹肉, 服務人員介紹蟹肉由兩款蟹折出來, 本地花蟹及阿拉斯加蟹肉, 食完覺得3星實至名歸, 真心讚.🦀再點生浸玫瑰豉油雞, 雞肉入味嫩滑多汁，一啲都唔乾🍗加埋花膠瑤柱鵝絲羹: 羹內全是鵝肉花膠瑤柱, 啖啖真材實料, 好味甜點有自家制鳳梨酥及啫喱, 鳳梨酥還是暖暖的, 由入餐廳門口到坐位到裝修到服務人員到頭盤主菜甜品都很高質素, 全滿分💯
