To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 該餐廳總體來講，菜品算可以，環境跟一般茶餐廳差不多，地方細，檯與檯之間狹逼，今次去幫襯的時候，被安排在門口處的卡位，可能係對正風口位，感覺涼風吹正自己的頭殼頂，非常唔舒服⋯ 沖茶的煲水機壞左，成了擺設，茶位費俾得冤枉⋯ 沙薑雞偏鹹，其他菜算OK。一個198元的套餐夠普通兩、三個人的份量⋯白飯另計，19元一個，量小，偏貴⋯ 今次用餐的時候，遇到一個講野大大聲、滿口髒話的食客，非常影響餐廳的整體環境⋯⋯不過餐廳的工作人員好像見怪不怪，習以為常⋯⋯
