客家菜最出名的應該是釀豆腐、梅菜扣肉吧!想到都想吃。但這個下午不太餓,要把菜全吃下不容易,於是只點了釀豆腐和蔥油麵。釀豆腐雖以鍋呈上,鍋中仍留有熱能沸闖的放果,但豆腐沒有想像的嫩滑,味道可以。蔥油麵的麵條粗,感覺不到油滑的效果,蔥油香味仍有加強空間。腸粉新鮮制作,香味濃郁,很不錯。至於芋頭卷,則是難得的傳統味道,鏝頭包著芋頭和燒肉,令人嗅到肉香芋香,雖然這卷十分飽肚,香氣四溢的感覺令人忘卻油膩,輕鬆吃下去。
