客家菜最出名的應該是釀豆腐、梅菜扣肉吧!想到都想吃。但這個下午不太餓,要把菜全吃下不容易,於是只點了釀豆腐和蔥油麵。釀豆腐雖以鍋呈上,鍋中仍留有熱能沸闖的放果,但豆腐沒有想像的嫩滑,味道可以。蔥油麵的麵條粗,感覺不到油滑的效果,蔥油香味仍有加強空間。腸粉新鮮制作,香味濃郁,很不錯。至於芋頭卷,則是難得的傳統味道,鏝頭包著芋頭和燒肉,令人嗅到肉香芋香,雖然這卷十分飽肚,香氣四溢的感覺令人忘卻油膩,輕鬆吃下去。

這一天到荃灣,未試過在這間酒樓食午餐,剛好到下午茶時間,便與家人入座,試吓!我們點了「叉燒酥」,「煎蝦米腸」,「花生糖絲甜簿𦉘」,「叉燒瀨粉」,「百花釀魚肚」,「煎魚肉釀尖椒」。可能我自己下太食到辣,個煎釀尖椒真係好好好辣啊!魚肉偏軟身,味道一般,不過不失。蝦🦐米腸粉,並沒有煎得香脆,都是軟軟的,都很一般。「叉燒酥」算是酥,很有牛油味!叉燒都算不錯,味道ok. 至於「百花釀魚肚」,蝦膠ok, 魚肚算厚實,還好!叉燒瀨粉的粉,真係偏粗,不是平時食開一般較幼身個種,我自己都係比較喜歡幼身的一種。湯底不算濃郁,叉燒正常,都ok! 最後的甜簿𦉘,我覺得內裡的花生及椰絲不算好多,但皮我覺得偏厚,但水份太多,皮有點不夠挺身,我自己麻麻。這一餐,一般。算正常啦。

可能我自己下太食到辣,個煎釀尖椒真係好好好辣啊!魚肉偏軟身,味道一般,不過不失。蝦🦐米腸粉,並沒有煎得香脆,都是軟軟的,都很一般。

「叉燒酥」算是酥,很有牛油味!叉燒都算不錯,味道ok. 至於「百花釀魚肚」,蝦膠ok, 魚肚算厚實,還好!

叉燒瀨粉的粉,真係偏粗,不是平時食開一般較幼身個種,我自己都係比較喜歡幼身的一種。湯底不算濃郁,叉燒正常,都ok!

最後的甜簿𦉘,我覺得內裡的花生及椰絲不算好多,但皮我覺得偏厚,但水份太多,皮有點不夠挺身,我自己麻麻。

這一餐,一般。算正常啦。

有家人食過這間喺荃灣千色匯嘅花萼酒樓,話平時平靚正,但在前天星期六父親節就中伏被劏,每碟小菜份量不足,要叫七碟小菜,五個人要近1400才能吃得飽,最離譜就係那碟「胡椒大鱔球」比較普通的「豉汁蒸大鱔」嘅份量少一半,只得六小塊鱔片!那碟「惹味蔥燒牛肉」也好不了多少,牛肉只得六七小塊但成半斤大葱堆滿碟面;那一碟「大扇雞」韌到差一點咬不開…所有菜式之中,只有那一碟「招牌鹽水鵝」可以算係ok!總之都係喺中式節日應該去食西餐,西式節日就去食中餐,性價比就會最高,又唔使激氣!

朋友說在荃灣千色匯一期有間酒樓新開,就約我去飲茶。正值中午時分所以人客較多,由於新開酒樓所以装飾都很新淨,但礙於酒樓面積不大的關係,擺枱也很密所以地方就顯得比較狹窄,而且座椅很硬令人坐得不舒服。今日隨便點了一些平常最常吃的點心, 雞包仔、鴨腳扎、鳳爪排骨飯、上湯鮮竹卷、叉燒腸粉。雞包仔的粉皮很柔軟而且餡料很有味。 鴨腳扎的鴨腳個頭比一般其他的食肆稍大,芋頭亦很腍,如果那塊肉餅大些就更好。 鳳爪排骨飯的配料亦醃得很入味,飯底也會蒸得過久而變硬還可以。 上湯鮮竹卷湯汁味道很鮮美亦很足料。 叉燒腸粉上枱時還熱辣辣, 裏面的叉燒粒餡料亦很新鮮。總括今次的飲茶,食品的味道、質素都很好、價錢亦很經濟,唯獨是環境就太擠迫。

3個人都要搭枱都算,連枱布都唔換,上一手啲牙籤仲起張枱布度。啲服務員態度極差👎👎叫咗一個瑤柱蛋白炒飯,淡而無味,啲瑤柱得幾條,抄得又濕。個手帕青瓜海蜇啲青瓜就咸得苦嘅,同服務員講之後仲話”係咁咸架喎”,我心唸咩服務態度😡😡😡😡😡😡😡野食又黎得勁慢😤😤😤😤去食到咁上下,佢地再搭多個一人嘅食客過黎我地張枱,成張4人枱就6個人坐🥵🥵🥵我真係以後唔會再黎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎真係唔建議大家黎呢度食

專程來試所謂新店,點知等左1小時都冇檯!叫家傭先來取位,只需等一個檯號,點知家傭等左45分鐘,話過程有檯又比熟人先,咁唔駛攞飛啦!到我親身到,親身目睹,執檯後比左另一個人,真無奈,飲茶變投訴,真無謂,以後唔黎試啦!
