To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晚上,一行三人就到達了位於東涌東環既客家好棧。一入去地方不大,大約得十幾至二十張枱,但星期六來計算人流好少,同埋都唔洗等。好快侍應都落力招呼,好明顯都開始中秋。入正題,我點左個晚市三重奏,星期六就有柚子蜜桃骨,古法蒸斑頭腩,碧綠炒蝦仁鳳片,另外用積分加20蚊換左個咸菜胡椒豬肚湯。胡椒豬肚湯由於是換分量就比較少,但味道不錯,胡椒味濃豬肚好淋美中不足是太少。柚子蜜桃骨酸甜適中,另外碧綠蝦仁鳳片,蝦仁都大而爽口,雞片其實可以細少少太大塊,蒸斑頭腩都好味過平時清蒸個款,充滿骨膠原,好好味呀!最後加埋個豬油拌飯,非常正!
