To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

宜家呢個時候既lunchtime,就算係旺角既譚仔都係每枱得一兩個人。平時連一位都要等位,大把人等外賣。不過街上面比起兩個星期前反而多番d人,可能大家驚驚下又開始鬆懈。冇得work from home都冇計,搵枱最少人既枱,拿拿林坐低食完就撇。雖然黎食米線,我通常都係想食清淡少少,不過今日想食濃味少少既湯味,所以叫左個胡辣湯。呢個湯比起雞肉,好似配豬肉片會岩味d。加多個東菇吸吸湯,同埋炸醬當小食,就岩岩好好。米線跟炸醬,炸醬份量會隨叫送既種類加多而變少。今次叫左三送,個炸醬睇落好似比平時多,唔知係我錯覺定咩。不過炸醬有冇多到都好,44蚊三送胡辣湯米線,點都係抵食。
