今次係同朋友慶祝生日,在 openrice 不停手尋未去過又好吃的地方,於是選擇了這裡。第一次去這裡,出升降機後,就見到大大的舖名「鮨真」,未去之前沒有想到舖位這麼少,只有一張長bar 枱和三至四張table 枱。由於我要求坐table 枱,於是被安排坐在bar 枱後面近落地玻璃唯一一張的table高枱,起初內心有些不喜歡,點解要坐高枱呢?相信是想客人望到廚師為我們精心準備的食物。我到達的時候,侍應已細心告訴我另一位朋友已到,只是去了洗手間。侍應詳細為我們解釋兩款omesake 的分別,我們選了omesake (櫻),另叫了一支熱sake 和一杯自家製梅酒。
