平日晚上來到銅鑼灣胡爐,享受下宮廷式嘅台式火鍋!呢度枱與枱之間嘅距離都幾大,有屏風隔住,可以同朋友安心傾計!湯底選擇咗火焰龍蝦海鮮鍋,有半隻龍蝦、峴、蕃茄,湯底嘅龍蝦味非常濃郁,未食已經飲咗幾碗!龍蝦湯非常濃味,所以一開始比嘅鼓油同調味料都冇乜點用到!哈另外叫咗胡爐牛拼盆(小),但份量都唔算小,兩個人食都覺得幾飽下,而且每一款牛都新鮮、好味,特別喜愛霜降牛粒,夠晒口感!其他蔬菜就叫咗自家製炸響鈴、娃娃菜同蘿蔔,響鈴即叫即炸,唔會過份油又夠晒脆。
