好耐無黎打邊爐了,今日朋友生日,住北角既佢我第一時間諗起呢間舖。菜單依舊要我地接下聖旨。先黎左4色開胃菜。多爾袞羅宋牛骨鍋,朋友作感冒所以無叫到花膠雞,不過呢個羅宋湯湯底超濃超香。畢左碗黎飲,味道堅正!而且仲有牛筋條食,腍得黎夠入味。特濃冰凍洛神花茶,真係好濃,酸得黎唔係好甜。手切牛頸脊,油脂唔算太多,但勝在佢切得夠薄,煮完都幾腍,而且牛肉味唔錯。黃金魚皮,香脆魚皮上面再有層邪惡既咸蛋黃,已經當小食食哂。即炸響鈴,非常鬆化香口,浸埋羅宋湯索埋汁簡直一流。宮廷手打丸拼盤,五色各有唔同味道,有墨魚、豬、菜、魚同牛,而且係手打所以好彈牙爽口。百花釀豆卜,主要拎黎索下湯底既味,而且都唔細粒。蟹皇豚肉餃,每隻都好大隻,蟹粉同豬肉撈埋一齊,皮入面包住滿滿既餡,咬落好有實在既感覺!
