康熙花膠雞湯花膠好大塊，店員會幫客人將花膠剪成小塊，再放入湯內。雞肉同樣大大件，肉質嫩滑。雞湯味道鮮甜。手切本地牛頸脊牛肉味濃郁，油脂分佈剛剛好，每片牛肉都切得好均勻。餃子拼盤拼盤有唔同餡料既餃子，未食都唔知係咩餡，可以話係餃子盲盒，好有驚喜。即炸響鈴魚皮用鹹蛋黃炸過，非常香脆。雜菜拼盤份量都好多，有通菜、生菜、蕃茄、娃娃菜、油麥菜等，蔬菜都幾新鮮。竹蔗茅根甜度適中，清甜解渴，必點。
