今日嚟咗朋友推介嘅大滾友打邊爐食宵夜,九點後唔駛點等就可以入座。一坐低,店員就送上九宮格木盒造型既醬介盤,好精緻! 佢呢度得一啲蒜頭䓤芝麻辣椒蒜蓉同埋豉油, 冇嗰啲好濃味嘅沙茶千島醬,睇嚟店加對佢哋嘅食材好有信心。店長推介伊比利亞橡果豬油脂分佈平均,入口嫩滑, 好似食緊豬肉入面嘅A5和牛一樣, 肉味濃沃, 唔使點醬都好好食 ,教人回味無窮。嚟到必定要點一份試試。細牛肉拼盤牛肉拼盤雖然叫細, 但係個量就幾多下,兩條友絕對夠曬食。 入面有牛頸椎,安格斯牛小排,雪花肥牛,牛黃喉 ,牛肉粒同埋牛舌, 可以一次過試曬牛嘅唔同部位。 牛黃侯食落好脆脆地,幾特別。 美中不足嘅係肥牛卷仲係成舊冰, 味道略嫌比較淡。雜菜拼盤有油麥菜,娃娃菜,藕片,蕃茄 ,金菇, 雲耳,粟米。 食肉之前可以煮啲嚟打咗個底先。竹蔗茅根一揸竹蔗茅根水用個龍造型嘅黑色壺載住, 幾別緻。 竹蔗水飲落唔會話好甜, 大概倒到五杯左右。入口清清地幾潤喉。消暑冬瓜瑤柱鍋湯底煲滾咗建議先飲一啖湯, 飲落消暑解渴,每一啖都帶有鹹鮮味,好鬼正。 鍋正中間擺咗個冬瓜,服務員會走過嚟幫你切件。 當火鍋煮到咁上下,冬瓜淋咗就可以食喇。手打鵝肝墨汁墨

手打鵝肝墨汁墨魚丸

墨魚丸一碟四粒,,外貌漆黑色帶有光澤 。餐廳喺整墨魚丸嗰陣加咗一啲鵝肝切粒, 每一口都散八住鵝肝嘅香氣,值得一試。
