梅醬太刀魚天婦羅

茄子素麵
> 我哋大愛這個茄子素麵!幾考師傅嘅刀功、先把茄子切細絲再撲上葛粉製成“麵條”,爽滑彈牙冰冰涼涼、好啱夏天食,好有喺日本食「流水素面」嘅感覺。配紫菜絲、青檸和酸汁,清新開胃又可清口腔,之後開始食壽司

池魚
> 偏濃重魚鮮味,以薑蔥醬伴食;個人覺得味道似秋刀魚+沙甸魚混合體,魚油甘鮮

富山白蝦
> 透白晶瑩的小白蝦層層疊,口感棉密爽滑有柚子皮香

醬油漬野生赤身
> 赤身特色係肉澤鮮紅脂肪少,堅實帶點軟的口感,用醬油漬能導出赤身甜味

中拖羅
> 色澤粉嫩、魚香和油脂比例平衡,肥瘦適中幾甜

利尻產紫海膽+自家醃製三文魚籽
> 黃橙色的紫海膽味道清甜、口感細膩有海水味,配自家醃製的漲卜卜三文魚籽,多重鮮味在口中大爆發

> 慢煮製作,魚的鮮甜、油份和香氣充沛、唯口感偏鬆腍

江戶前玉子燒
> 以蝦肉、魚、長芋和雞蛋等原料製成,完全沒有加入麵粉,口感鬆軟香蜜就似食緊蜂蜜蛋糕又有海鮮鹹香、我哋大讚好味
