To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

这天放工后我和朋友去吃宵夜，已经是晚上10时多，很多餐厅已经关门，我和朋友路过这间粉面餐厅，看见食物的选择很多，而食物的定价很合理，便决定入去试一试杂扒铁板烧($42)软弹烟韧的肥牛，香脆的太阳蛋，廷身的白饭，细碎的葱，微辣的黑椒碎，稔香软弹的猪扒，香稔软嫩的鸡扒，份量非常非常多，非常抵食整体来说，食物的选择很多，食物的制作是即叫即做的，因此食物的温度很高，食物的份量非常多，食物的定价很大众化，所以我认为这间餐厅值得再去惠顾
