To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朕同一眾王親,去呢間家傳滬曉食上海菜,先叫小食幾碟-糖心熏蛋,無熏味。香醋海蜇頭,唔夠香醋,味比較淡口。蒜泥白肉改版,蒜泥黑豚肉加了青瓜,但係蒜泥不足同埋肉質偏硬。片皮鴨,片到肉仲多過鴨,刀功不足,同志仍需努力。生煎包,個㡳煎香,包入面肉汁尚有,唔會乾身。雜菓糖醋魚,炸到外皮香脆,入面啲肉仲好嫩滑,加埋過糖醋汁,甜酸適中,不俗。䓤爆牛肉,䓤味夠濃,但牛肉較韌口,年紀大啲都真係咬唔到。甜品- 高力豆沙,即叫即炸,新鮮熱辣,加埋糖粉一齊食,全晚這個是最好的。-----完-----
