過五晚和家人到太古城逛街,晩上於翰騰閣酒家用膳。相比附近的酒家,翰騰閣的裝潢不算特別優雅,整潔度理想。蜜汁靚叉燒賣相中規中矩,鬆軟感中上,肉香不俗。 瑤柱滑蛋蝦仁的滑蛋確實炒得香滑,蝦仁更是大隻得過份,推介! 砵酒焗桶蠔以生菜包的型式呈上,深紅砵酒份量不少,桶蠔經焗煮後仍留有一定酒香。鮮蠔大隻外脆內軟挺可口。 頭抽煎焗龍躉球魚肉結實足味,伴菜用上芥蘭芯,脆爽口感十足。瓦煲豉油雞出品熱辣,香氣撲鼻,頭抽味甜,雞肉嫩香。香煎琵琶豆腐不論口感味道皆富水準,值推!魚湯鮮蝦球浸菜和瑤柱滑蛋蝦仁一樣擁有大大隻的蝦球,爽彈口感十足,蝦味則較淡薄。魚湯浸菜 OK 喇,無乜特別。 ****************************** 泊車情報:******************************
