To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 母親節前夕在沒有訂位的情況下7:45pm到青衣城稻香碰碰運氣,櫃臺小姐說沒有訂位的要排隊至8:00pm才開始派飛輪候,過了5分鐘後小姐又說開始派飛 裝修後的稻香無了昔日以船為主題的裝潢,但地方更見光猛,空間感大增。是晚我們被安排坐於單邊位置,環境非常舒適。我點菜快時,廚房出菜速度也快。首先是乳豬拼盤$128拼盤有 乳豬件:皮脆,肥瘦適中。 蜜汁叉燒:是梅頭部位,軟諗而不肥,再沾上勁多蜜汁,入口微暖甜蜜。 明爐燒鴨:皮靭肉嚡,無鴨香,幸好送上酸梅醬一碟。 豉油雞:仍有血黏附於骨肉之間,在禽流感威脅下,我選擇吃全熟的雞而不是滑雞。 香醋木耳:木耳爽脆微酸,是一道清新的涼菜。緊接的是 馬拉盞通菜$68以銀蝦仔,辣椒,蒜和鹽等材料製成的馬拉盞炒水蕹,惹味可口夠鑊氣。chopstick:欖菜肉鬆四季豆$58很難煮得入味的四季豆居然吸了欖菜絲和豬瘦肉粒的味道,可惜四季豆很老,有渣,白白浪費了師父的真功夫。
