To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公司慶祝五月之星生日飯局，每月慶祝生日多數食中菜。雖然我比較中意扒房。不過點都係中國人，久不久都想食下中菜。海港分店算多，都算平，靚，正之選。乳豬，夠脆口，亦冇咩燒太黑，脂肪比較亦不錯。鮑魚，蒸得岩岩好，吾算好新鮮亦吾算靚鮑魚，不過味道配道岩岩好。龍蝦，太頭蝦同事叫少左伊麵底，唉，浪費左個汁。本身個汁幾好味。龍蝦肉質都可以，雖知都係冰鮮龍蝦，不過尚算爽口。炒斑腩，好味，魚肉亦不錯。不過吾夠肥美。雞，這個一般。好乾的感覺。所以肉質不太好。其他菜之類都幾好。
