To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去得海港酒家大家都是一定系諗住食海鮮,咁你就錯啦,其實都可以試吓一啲家常小炒。今日就試咗『蜜椒薯角柳樓粒』同埋『懷舊蝦乾小炒王』 兩個家常小炒。先講『蜜椒薯角牛柳粒』,呢個牛肉都幾鮮甜同埋有牛味,但係師傅可能重手左,喊左少少,所以都不多講。至於『懷舊蝦乾小炒王』就真係好值得推介。呢味餸鑊氣夠,用料又一流,除咗有大大隻的蝦乾之外,仲有鮮蝦,鮮魷魚等等的海鮮跟韭菜花一齊快炒,就算嚟到海港唔叫海鮮食,叫呢味小炒王都可以食到海鮮,真係好味。
