To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中式酒樓一向是屋企兩老慶生首選,一家人可以坐得舒服,餸菜就算無驚喜亦保證對胃口。西環海港環境寬敞,晚上通常都很「旺場」,坐滿一家大細。熱辣辣的黑椒豬手件頭足,黑淑汁夠惹味,膠質重,補充骨膠原一流。「必食」的籠仔糯米龍蝦蒸飯是飯局的亮點,以蒸的方式煮龍蝦令蝦肉保留鮮味,糯米飯混入南瓜、芋頭,香甜軟糯,入口還有啖啖葱蒜和蝦膏香。西蘭花炒帶子普普通通,帶子偏小,而且炒完後帶子都散開了。上湯蝦球伊麵很一般,蝦球沒味道,上枱不夠熱,再配合醬汁吃有點膩。鮑魚雞煲遜色,鮑魚小,雞肉不夠嫩滑,而且洋蔥多過雞肉。如果再加入栗子,相信可以生色不少。原本想給酒樓一個笑臉,但待應的服務態度令我卻步。待應大多「十問九唔應」,一副不耐煩的樣子。明白酒樓可能是人手不足,但不應是「臭臉」的籍口!
