To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上約了附近工作的朋友吃晚餐,朋友喜歡吃中菜,這次選了在中上環的一間上海中菜小館,一邊聊天,一邊吃飯。店內的裝潢以中式古典為主,採用深色木色調。甫入座,店員端上兩杯茶和一個前菜辣花生($10)。花生香脆,有微微的乾辣椒和花椒香味。一杯熱茶伴花生,聊聊天等待菜餚上桌。先上桌的是鎮江肴肉($88),口感很好,肉凍口感爽口,帶點冰涼的口感,微鹹。加上附碟的薑絲,再蘸上少許醋,微凍中帶點酸口,讓人胃口大開。小籠包($48)四隻,香熱的小籠包裏面的湯頗足夠,湯有肉香不太油膩,肉餡鮮嫩,皮微厚帶嚼勁。小棠菜燴百頁($88)有家常菜的感覺,份量足,小棠菜新鮮多汁爽口,百頁掛上菜汁,份量適中,與小棠菜呈現兩種不同的爽口感。這道菜是伴飯良品,健康之餘也能滿足對味道和口感的追求。獅子頭菜飯($82),兩大個獅子頭伴菜飯。獅子頭口感介乎厚實和軟中間,有點像吃釀肉的豆腐,如混入馬蹄或者菱等爽口的蔬菜更佳。菜粒能均勻混和飯粒,把獅子頭蘸上碟上的汁,伴熱菜飯吃也不錯。最後是甜品桂花酒釀丸子($35),桂花量多,而且桂花夠香,甜度剛剛好。攪拌後吃,會嚐到酒味,酒味適中,不會蓋了桂花的香味,丸子量多,也很有嚼勁。整體
