位於筲箕灣的日式料理餐廳,家庭式經營小店,地方不大,座位有限。餐牌提供各款拉麵、沾麵麵食,還有定食、小食及日式炒飯,選擇繁多,價錢親民。拉麵:赤海鮮拉麵海鮮有青口、青口、蝦、蜆、舖面,很豐富、足料。湯底帶辛辣,不過辣度不高。拉麵是幼麵,很掛湯。這個價錢真的很親民。沾麵:黑蒜油白豚沾麵濃郁豬骨湯底,黑蒜油香。沾麵麵條粗身,口感爽彈。滾湯裡面浸著幾片厚身的豚肉,肥瘦均勻,燒得焦香,還有溏心蛋、紫菜、芽菜、冬筍、蔥花。溏心蛋蛋黃半生熟剛好。紫菜、芽菜都吸收了湯底精華。小食:清酒煮蜆蜆肉大粒,湯底清淡,帶出蜆肉之鮮甜。小食:日式炒野菜各款雜菜,跟蒜蓉炒香,還加了味醂及胡椒粉炒勻,簡單卻很惹味的一道日式小菜。小食:鹽燒鯖魚鯖魚外酥內軟,細骨不算多,肉質結實。
