搬來西灣河已一年有餘,竟然一路未來食這家拉麵🍜小店儘10幾個位,7點已坐滿,都不斷有外賣。落單後等了大概15分鐘,有點滿但至少是現整蟹黃沾麵 92海鮮味算比較濃,拉麵有嚼勁,味道不錯。湯也ok,比其他間會淡,可以喝的狀態。還是喜歡麵條,份量很足,滿滿大碗黑蒜白豚肉沾麵一上台已經蒜香滿滿,鹹淡適中,喜歡蒜味可以試叫了金菇牛肉卷做小食,炸蒜滿滿很香口,半分是30,份量已夠。肥牛片包住金菇,用甜鹹醬料調味作為街坊小店是不錯選擇,下次計畫再試湯麵

我見喺網上咁多人寫食評,就夜晚同男朋友兩個人嚟試一試。總括而言,味道很一般,我們試了兩個拉麵,分別係黑蒜拉麵同埋魚介拉麵。啲湯味精整體嚟講比較多,食落比較容易口渴不過份量都算幾大,性價比嚟講都算唔錯。另外我哋都試咗半份嘅金菇肥牛卷,味道一般,感覺同我阿媽整嗰啲都冇乜分別,非常之家常菜。味精都係比較重,所以食完好快就已經有比較口渴嘅感覺。最尾兩個人大概170幾蚊埋單,話平唔平,話貴唔貴。不過喺西灣河街坊店嚟講其實都唔算好平。

昨晚以『步兵』身份替某外賣平台到該處取餐,當餐預備好,準備取走時,廚房有位女職員聲稱店鋪冇人識英文,叫我幫佢在電話跟對方溝通,但當時距離送餐限時只有8分鐘,我就婉拒,並表示趕送餐,而且遲到會扣錢,所以唔好意思了,幫唔到,佢話唔緊要,叫我繼續送餐吧。但負責收銀落單嗰位女職員即刻黑面大罵,話我講大話,送餐有20分鐘,不滿我唔幫忙,我話只有8分鐘送,仲比埋手機屏幕版面佢睇。好啦,我送餐啦,我差唔多去到目的地,佢打電話來話食物未齊,叫我折返(其實我剛到取餐時,都聽到佢在電話同另一送遞員講漏左食物,叫佢折返), 但唔夠4分鐘,又打電話來催我,大鬧,收銀真係好癲(大姐,我行番轉頭都要時間啦),我返到去,佢放回食物,一句『唔該』或『唔好意思』都冇,仲黑口黑面。講真,我幫佢是人情,我自己有工作在身,要盡快送餐給客,亦有時間限制,我都禮貌婉拒,唔好意思都講埋,對方仲要『發爛炸』。(如果時間情況許可,我絕不介意幫忙)呢間鋪頭,我一定唔會惠顧,如果大家有機會叫這店鋪外賣,一定要check 清楚有冇遺漏食物,因為短時間內最少兩單執漏食物 (當時店鋪並不算太忙), 都不太理想。

每個月都總會心思思想嚟呢度食拉麵,就係為左辛海鮮拉麵,my comfort food😮‍💨每次啲蜆肉都無沙勁鮮甜,海蝦仲幫你剝埋蝦殼,食得好方便🥰原隻流心蛋仲好入味,每次就係為左佢個湯底而黎😋食到心心眼。由開業到而家食咗起碼20次。但一直都無寫過食評,但見到前面有幾個負評,真係忍唔住要寫一寫😵小店幾十蚊就食到咁高質既拉麵,真係好難得。蟹膏沾面雖然不是最愛,但個人覺得都好好味,如果要挑剔,係食到最後個湯底唔夠熱😫

見到openrice入面冇負評,就諗住去試下,入去之前都覺得伏伏地,啲裝飾勁似淘寶買番黎。放飯時段1點幾,入面竟然得2個人,諗住唔洗排隊咪入去trytry佢。見到個蟹黃沾麵($79)好似幾吸引,點知黎到個湯底勁x難食,個麵又唔掛汁,40蚊都唔值。🤮第一次見溏心蛋係浸落個湯到,就知到個廚師真係唔識🙂因為個餐冇肉,所以額外加左2塊叉燒($16),塊野薄過張紙,廚師刀工好勁。薄都唔緊要,仲要係超難,超市買個啲都好食過佢唔會再去blacklisted
