To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無論你喜歡濃口味,淡口味,還是需要開胃的餸菜,越南料理永遠都不會令你失望。而今次所選擇的小越廚都沒有令我失望。十分開胃的小食,吸滿了魚露的扎肉卷十分之美味;亦可沾一點餐廳提供的花生醬,亦有另外一種風味。令人喜出望外的咖喱蟹肉海鮮飯,除了香辣的咖喱味,你還會嚐到海鮮味,味道一流,而且份量十分足夠!即叫即炸的越式小食拼盤,放入口的時候,熱滕滕的春卷和雞翼都炸得香香的,沾一些魚露來食更加美味,我想這就是家庭式餐廳的優勝之處。跟之前的拼盤一樣,都感覺到是即叫即炸的,美味程度跟預先炸好的根本沒有辦法可以相提並論,這款小食絕對是必點小食。生牛肉湯河粉是我每次必定會點的主菜熟,熱滕滕濃郁的湯底配上半生熟的薄切牛肉,十分美味,最重要的是,我在吃完後不會感到口渴,這個才是最重要的事情。
