To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

留意返大嗰4盆先係今日家庭聚會，最開心最放心當然留番喺屋企度叫外賣啦，今日主打係食日本野，樣樣款式都叫左啲，三文魚壽司，吞拿魚壽司，軟売蟹手卷，甜蝦壽司，芥末八爪魚軍艦，蟹子軍艦，天婦羅蝦手卷，帶子壽司，北寄貝壽司，凡立貝壽司，鰻魚壽司等等等等…………，重有叫一啲啲係專俾一兩位唔食得生冷野既朋友，有蟹棒壽司啦，青瓜卷，蛋卷，玉子壽司，熟蝦壽司等等。咁多樣我本人最為驚喜既係，蟹糕蟹肉軍艦，真係一入口，全口都係蟹糕，一字既之曰（鮮）
