之前已經同爸爸媽媽食過鹵家,今次再去原來佢哋已經搬咗舖位,地方比舊店闊落。招牌叉燒一如以往咁厚肉,最鍾意燶邊帶蜜汁香,肉質軟腍富肉汁~鴨肉都唔錯,皮脆肉嫩,調味唔會過鹹。必試話梅涼瓜片!涼瓜爽脆甘甜,酸酸甜甜好開胃。滷水拼盤可以揀鴨或者鵝肉,頭先試咗鴨,依家試埋鵝。除咗滷水鵝,拼盤仲有豬耳、金錢肚、大腸、豆腐、蛋,非常豐富。鵝肉味道比較清香,肉質嫩滑富彈性。晚市套餐價錢相宜,仲送埋住家老火湯。三個人吃清光!!
