新年之前同媽咪去食下上海菜。我同媽咪都好鐘意上海菜。今次叫左雪菜肉絲炒年糕。年糕軟硬度適中,好有口感。雪菜肉絲好多時都會好咸,但係呢個菜又ok 喎,又唔會太油膩上海粗炒。睇相都覺得油膩,係呀,係真係幾油,但係唔油又唔好食,你話幾矛盾呢!但係好足料,好多菜,好多肉,麵反而唔係好多。生煎包:睇講生煎包其實係「水煎」架。即係將個包拎去煎,再放水去煮,咁樣就可以個包底係脆,然後上面係水潤既。兩個人叫左三樣食物,其實都幾多。下次要叫多幾個人啦。呢道都適合家庭聚會,晌大商場,如容易搵,d食物又多選擇。感覺上,沒有人會特別討厭上海菜吧!
