To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新年之前同媽咪去食下上海菜。我同媽咪都好鐘意上海菜。今次叫左雪菜肉絲炒年糕。年糕軟硬度適中,好有口感。雪菜肉絲好多時都會好咸,但係呢個菜又ok 喎,又唔會太油膩上海粗炒。睇相都覺得油膩,係呀,係真係幾油,但係唔油又唔好食,你話幾矛盾呢!但係好足料,好多菜,好多肉,麵反而唔係好多。生煎包:睇講生煎包其實係「水煎」架。即係將個包拎去煎,再放水去煮,咁樣就可以個包底係脆,然後上面係水潤既。兩個人叫左三樣食物,其實都幾多。下次要叫多幾個人啦。呢道都適合家庭聚會,晌大商場,如容易搵,d食物又多選擇。感覺上,沒有人會特別討厭上海菜吧!

上海粗炒。睇相都覺得油膩,係呀,係真係幾油,但係唔油又唔好食,你話幾矛盾呢!但係好足料,好多菜,好多肉,麵反而唔係好多。
