To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同屋企人去咗九龍灣行街,行到攰就想喺附近搵間餐廳食晚飯休息下,就揀咗德福廣場既美心皇宮🍽️川芎白芷魚頭鍋 $198屋企人好鐘意呢個川芎白芷魚頭鍋,藥材味好濃但唔會太苦而係微甘,配搭魚湯好好味,魚頭好大都有好多肉可以食,仲有有少少魚麵,好彈牙又好吸湯汁🍽️招牌客家釀豆腐煲 $168原來呢個豆腐煲係有湯汁架,可惜我地已經嗌咗個魚湯,只可以試到少少豆腐煲既湯,高湯配上豆腐、花甲同鯪魚球好濃郁👍🏻🍽️枝竹炆龍躉頭腩煲 $238(中銀卡/BoCPay另有85折)呢個龍躉煲一上枱就嗅到好香好惹味,啖啖頭腩肉好啱送飯,枝竹亦都好入味,推介‼️🍽️花膠薑蔥炆滑雞 $228(中銀卡/BoCPay另有85折)呢道菜望落同頭腩煲好似樣,但其實係兩味唔同既菜🤣 同樣都係好惹味同啲雞好滑,不過花膠就偏細塊🥹
