To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

家庭聚會或者朋友生日都推介的餐廳。漂亮的風景，而且食物也很高質。一定能夠讓對方留下美麗的記憶點。基本上每逢節日都會來這邊吃飯。難得一家人從澳洲回來，這次也訂了Cafe 103 。不過今次就少了生蠔，但就有芝士焗蠔。海鮮就是蟹，青口、龍蝦放題。長腳蟹、螃蟹龍蝦都非常新鮮。我小小的食量，都吃了兩隻。另外Cafe 103的甜點也非常出色，焦糖燉蛋能夠吃到法國的口味。推介大家一定要試！今期也有非常好吃的，芒果椰汁蛋糕，也是必食的！
