To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 補祝auntie 生日,黎左食潮庭. 終於吾洗次次黎親都係北京樓餐廳內環境. 雖然新開,但都幾爆, 好在台與台之間空間足夠樓底吾係特別高, 但散音ok, 吾洗'mark' 大喉嚨去傾計當晚叫左個6人套餐 ( 原價$13xx, promote 緊就$1180)另外散叫左4樣豬腳凍,冰凍開胃,做飯前小吃一流潮州蠔烙. 煎得比制外的薄身,但蠔仔份量不少,咬落去啖啖蠔薯粉亦吾算沾得太多,吾會有成口粉既感覺潮州煎伊麵味道絕對比外型好,一面煎得香脆,配以醋同砂糖,好食又好玩又有特色鹵水拼盆,咸到好似就黎賢虧 可能因為豆腐本身味道淡,反而浸到入哂味又幾好食. 但鵝肉個d真係好鬼咸杬菜肉碎炒飯推介!!!!!!!!!!全餐飯最有驚喜既一樣!!!好好好好食!!!!!! 飯炒得乾身,杬菜同肉碎既味好夾,肉碎增添左口感同香氣反沙wu條同menu 入面既圖如出一轍. 幾好食亦吾會太甜如果嗜甜之人,我介紹你地食'wu' 泥,甜到入心入肺. 食物有質素,坐亦坐得舒服. 但可能新開業, 侍應未train 得好. 收碟好慢,成日堆到成台碟.出現左碟未收,餸就黎,最後無位放既情況
