To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 沉醉於幸福的她 vs 漸覺平淡的他 ~感幸福的她~先來一杯latte開開胃,溫暖軟滑的咖啡洗刷口腔,由於感覺並不餓,只點了簡單小吃:有如一個調色板的紅蝦帶子刺身,真係好看,看箸不捨得把他吃掉,但一開始食就停不了,又甜又fresh又開胃推到面前來的cheese trolley,未食先興奮又是我心愛的芝士拌盤❣半糊狀的軟芝士(我忘記問什麼品種),那鮮鹹,簡直有上腦的刺激❣含松露的半硬芝士,松露香氣只是淡淡的,亦不太鹹,有口❣brie,本來我很喜歡的,但因為有第一款軟芝士,brie變得平凡❣blue cheese ,也是鹹度甚高,羶味濃,配點果醬調和一下,還是很可口的 ~感平淡無味的他~松露煎帶子,他說毫無松露香氣,其他配料亦不似預期minestrone -- 傳統平淡他全程沒精打采雙眼無靈魂般~她和他就這樣一同活在兩個時空中!
