To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 符合一間意大利餐廳重視儀式感的擺枱及布置,儘管杯子和餐具沒有過度鋪排,但擺放整齊、乾淨,表現出簡單的高雅感,給人一種輕鬆優雅的氛圍。意大利餐廳重視自然和輕鬆的用餐氛圍,這間餐廳透過植物和戶外空間連接的設計讓人彷彿置身於意大利鄉村的戶外花園。

🍝佢個set lunch可以選擇3-course或者4-course,我自己本來係打算4-course,然後前菜要Parma Ham Italian Melon,但落漏咗…… 所以最後只有Soup+Main+Dessert:

1️⃣ MINESTRONE CLASSICO:經典蔬菜湯,味道傳統唔太濃,特別注意佢唔知點解用咗三色豆 🥕🫛
2️⃣ FETTUCCINE CON CREMA DI ZUCCA E SALSICCIA:南瓜忌廉汁配香腸意粉,意粉帶嚼勁算標準,配合南瓜汁濃郁具層次感 🎃🍝
3️⃣ GIANDUM:鹽味花生雪糕批配Mascarpone奶油同蜜糖脆片,甜而不膩,有點小驚喜 🍯🍨
4️⃣ 特濃咖啡:正常發揮☕️

侍應服務殷勤,會主動refill麵包同水,仲會清除枱面嘅麵包碎,而呢個環境加上服務同價錢喺中環嚟講性價比算高,除咗落漏order試唔到Parma Ham之外,整體是挺滿意的。

是沉隱的朱古力風味,又有少少酒香,creamy 又濕潤,又唔太甜,好吃!sorbet 是典型雪芭風味,酸酸的,入口冰涼。菠蘿正!超甜又多汁!泡芙creamy 軟滑,充滿空氣感。 crème brûlée 表面焦脆甜美,加上香滑燉旦,豐盈甜美。

Starter- Prosciutto Di Parma E Melon - the aroma of the 24 months “Devodier” Parma ham was apparent as soon as the plate was served but the two pieces of melon placed on the plate were disappointing- they just looked like unwanted off cuts from somewhere and one of them was slightly bruised 😬. Anyway, the melon was sweet and paired quite well with the umami packed fragrant ham.

Whilst waiting for our main course, we noticed that the customers next to our table were served with a selection of three different kinds of bread and beside olive oil, they were served balsamic vinegar!!!! We were indeed taken aback by the apparent lack of awareness and attentiveness of such basic standard of service displayed by the staff team. Anyway, we quickly asked the waiter serving the next table if we could have the vinegar as well and he complied.

Main course: Homemade Square Spaghetti, Aglio Olio Style. Clams, tomato, lemon - the square spaghetti was al dente with a bit of bite which was good, but the sauce was not that flavourful and one of the clams had a bit of grit in it.

This dinner was a big disappointment. The pastas were bland and the semifreddo wasn’t cold enough. The tiramisu and appetizers weren’t bad. But the worst dish was the Zuppa di Pesce. It was very fishy, and the fish they used wasn’t fresh. For this price range, I expected the food to be much better. It was a huge disappointment. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

主菜選擇全部係餐廳出名嘅手工意粉,我哋隨意點兩款都啱我哋胃口!甜品好大份,好彩我哋冇食晒啲意粉(到最後要拎走),如果唔係一定食唔落😆


上菜速度比較慢,所以我哋冇等所有食物到齊先影相。不過唔緊要,我哋都預咗呢餐要慢慢食😬


如果想食Afternoon set 嘅話就最好打電話去餐廳問吓先。上次問個經理佢話係期間限定。

Here is the bread service, so-so onlyFried Baby Calamari, Zucchini with Tartar Sauce - the potion is unexpectedly big for an antipasto, looks more like pasta 😂 Quite appetising to have Zucchini mixed with the baby Calamari though. Fried Baby Calamari, Zucchini with Tartar Sauce - the potion is unexpectedly big for an antipasto, looks more like pasta 😂 Quite appetising to have Zucchini mixed with the baby Calamari though. The deep fried coating is thin and not oily. Quite good.

Sardinian Pasta Fregola with Langoustine, Prawns and Lobsters - the small ball pasta gives a chewy texture perfectly dressed with seafood flavoured sauce. The shrimps are fresh and moist, very well cooked 👍🏽

環境寧靜舒適,員工友善而且熱切招呼,是下班放鬆的好餐廳。

We had a tight schedule tonight, so we only ordered a salt baked fish for two.

Appetizer was a piece of melon placed on a small dish like an art display.

It was a big fuss when three staff members crowded by our table removing salt from the fish, and moving the meat onto a separate dish. It turned out there wasn't too much meat as we thought, though it made both of us full. Side dish was very light, making you feel healthy. If you prefer something with stronger taste, probably you should try something else!

This place is quiet and cozy, and they have friendly and attentive staff. It is nice to visit this place after work to chill out.

意大利餐第二次主菜通常是肉料理。第一道主菜分量真的不能說笑,是正餐意粉的量。慶幸選擇了地中海風海鮮湯,能夠緩和一下。
牛肉湯風味濃厚,微微煎香帶子魚肉和蝦肉添了一分海岸風情,美味又暖胃。美中不足是魚肉的細骨,因小心翼翼地喝有點不夠盡興。亦覺得這個價錢,在菜式考量上應該再細心一點
