週五為舞伴慶生嘅法國大餐實在令人太失望,三位好友決定請多餐補數,結果由其閨蜜揀咗「家賀屋刺身寿司專門店」,店名剛巧襯返個「加賀」主題。灣仔樓上日本料理極受街坊歡迎,好在四口子早已訂座先有卡位坐。天花上嘅木造吊燈及牆上掛出嘅櫻花富士山畫品簡單地滲透出和風氣息。餐店與時並進,除咗可以零接觸地經手提電話於網上落單之外,安心報到方式及教學亦可於餐桌旁找到,衛生方便得很。遇上應用問題,溫婉嘅妹妹仔都好有心機教,實屬好客之舉。天口咁㷫,好酒嘅小肥埋位當然係要點返杯麒麟生啤飲啦,順便等待女主角與好友慢慢商量點菜事宜。雲石桌上擺有齊備嘅自用餐具、暖水壺、醬油及山葵。師傅將所點選嘅三款刺身項目,即特選刺身盛、特大北海道厚岸蠔、北海道海膽,一次過以拼盤呈上,令外觀更為震撼吸睛。特選刺身盛($198)包有以下六款特選刺身,每款均有兩件:爽潤鮮甜嘅油甘魚、肥美軟嫩嘅火炙金目鯛、紅潤厚切嘅吞拿魚、煙煙韌韌嘅八爪魚、橙亮鮮美嘅三文魚、爽滑脆潤嘅牡丹蝦。特大北海道厚岸蠔($68/隻):生蠔嘅體積絕對屬特大勁量級,據悉每隻平均有成150g架!單睇外表信相大家都可以感受到蠔隻肥嘟嘟、滑捋捋,食埋落口就知靚蠔爽厚得黎仲好
