To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次係第一次試呢間cafe,地理位置稍為有啲偏遠,因為唔近地鐵站,係西營盤A1出口仲要行一段路先到。兩個人叫左蟹肉蟹黃醬炒蛋bagel($138),另加$58黑松露炒蛋,野飲叫左夠薑鮮奶咖啡同mocha。黑松露炒蛋一黎到已經好香黑松露既香味,係熟悉既味道。可能食慣左,係好濃既黑松露既味,再配滑蛋但唔會話驚喜。鐘意食黑松露係必點。最驚喜係蟹肉蟹黃醬炒蛋bagel,一上菜係驚喜左,因為個蛋份量係勁大,係2個人份量黎。 bagel脆身但有啲啲硬, 但最驚喜除左份量,係個炒蛋,蟹肉份量好足,而且個炒蛋明顯食到蟹黃醬味,呢個係有意外驚豔到,平時食其他店舖既蟹肉蛋係比較普通,呢個絕對係驚喜左。我朋友個杯mocha就普普通通 ,而我個杯夠薑鮮奶咖啡稍甜,有薑味但未去到好薑,可以再薑。總結,炒蛋bagel系列係必試。
