To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相隔近一年 再和學妹回到這里飲茶得體的依舊是店家頗為落闊的內在 也是不同往常茶樓里的古色古香 環境:這裡以白色格調為主 雖算不上富麗堂皇 不過在有限的空間里 店鋪的視覺空間感 也立體不少 即使在飲茶的高峰時段 也不會覺得場地逼迫 之前曾大贊這裡的馬拉糕 也戲稱好似有朱古力的味道 糕身鬆軟 很有彈性 入口也空氣感十足 蓬蓬鬆鬆 甜度適當 而次再訪 其實也是衝著這味招牌馬拉糕 只是物是人非 不知是不是換了師傅 當日的馬拉糕頗失水準 有'倒汗水'的現象 面層和邊沿 已經由於蒸汽關係變的軟塌 而入口自然也不好過 雖然那股黃糖的香氣依舊 可濕濕的口味卻也掃了整體口感的雅興 後記:好在太久不見 吃飯的心情並不受此影響 一年我們的變化已經這麼大 一年朱古力味的馬拉糕也已失色 只是又有什麽關係呢請相信 你眼裡的堅定 定也可以跨過時間的考驗 歷久彌新
