To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 这日又和好友一聚 阳光过分的好 睡醒之后 就开心的来红磡小聚之前富临渔港一直在装修 只能从侧门绕行 如今半年后终于装修结束 这次可以正式入正门啦之前都没发现原来内里这么阔气 新装修后果然有了新面貌 大大的水晶灯相衬 内场也很是热闹 人气非常 长居红磡的好友们 都喜欢到这边小聚 相对于美心和鸿星酒家里 稳定但没有惊喜的表现 大家都喜欢到富临来一坐 吃些特色小点这日我们点了虾饺 烧卖 小笼包 鲍汁凤爪 南乳猪手 再加上一道白灼蔬菜 甜品就有马拉糕 虾饺:皮薄有韧劲,原只虾肉鲜甜有虾汁烧卖:口感扎实又好嚼,肉汁丰富,不干口小笼包:蒸的似乎不够火候,皮有点硬没有蒸透,夹起时,因皮黏身汤汁都流走了,小小失望鲍汁凤爪:花生粒煮的相当酥软,不过凤爪就稍稍有些硬,但喜欢嚼感的会喜欢啦南乳猪手:皮厚而肥美,不肥膩,用南乳酱汁来炆,入味有弹性 白灼蔬菜:吃了很多肉也要用蔬菜中和一下,补充下维生素马拉糕:是富临最出彩的地方,不太喜爱吃马拉糕的我,都停不下口,好友说,有朱古力的味道,糕身松软超有弹性,用筷子戳下,回弹的蓬松,吃起来,不粘牙,不会过甜,实在是好味每周都和三两好友出来小聚下 午后的时光也特别的享受
