To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2007年5月27日。晚上到Regal Airport藝廊咖啡室慶祝奶奶生日，食buffet。一向都對富豪沒有好感。食親都無乜好結果：以前試過Regal HK的意菜（麻麻）、buffet（唔得）、中菜（更差）。帶著這樣的心情到機場富豪，當晚應該是龍蝦主題吧。（地點是主人家選的，所以不太清楚）每一位送一份牛柳和半客焗龍蝦。牛柳鹹到死。成晚行4轉o度已經覺得無乜好食：1．生豪有D腥，只吃了一隻2．另一半是蟹迷，但咖喱蟹吃了兩口已停口，很倒楣。3．個龍蝦焗飯賣相差，味道還可以，其他熱盆真的揀唔到乜濟。4．我的至愛bread & butter pudding又唔係好得。。。5．另一至愛紅豆沙更差。。。6．雪糕是pappagallo，好少少啦。服務1個chocolate fountain 旁放水果D冰滿瀉，我跟counter裏面的廚說“水滿瀉了”，他淡淡說了一句“係呀~”，然後眼光光看著從另一邊走過來的職員。。。服務2另一半餐茶叫cappuccino，女waitress說無，改叫了凍檸檬茶，終於竟然連影都無，不了了知，嚇！半價？。。。算把啦。。。
