To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

家住九龍城附近，所以經常去九龍城食嘢，位於侯王道的「紅雞冰廳」在經濟衰退的逆市中冒出，想必一定是實力派。今天和朋友來到餐廳食午餐，看看餐牌，午餐的選擇並不多，但人流卻非常多，不單裏面坐滿人，還有人在外面等位呢！餐廳內坐位的隔板非常高，看得出老板在防疫方面很用心。《紅雞水晶海南雞飯》$78海南雞是名副其實的招牌菜，雞肉肉質鮮嫩幼滑，雞皮薄得透徹，皮下脂肪略有少許，雞胸肉一點都不「鞋」絕對美味。油飯雖然邪惡，卻忍不住和朋友分了一半來吃。紅蘿蔔栗米老火湯非常清甜。《香煎厚切招牌豬扒飯配日本溫泉蛋》$68兩塊豬扒非常大塊，煎得恰到好處，外脆內軟，而溫泉蛋則有種畫龍點睛的感覺，令整碟飯生色不少。加$7有紅豆冰，有很多紅豆，正
