Hong Kong Style Meatless Menu Fast Food Salt & Sugar Reduction Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身我由細到大都係大快話既 fans，因為細個時，佢地啲出品真係好過大家樂好多倍架 ~ 但我已經對大快活既出品失晒望，依家要轉投大家樂門下 ~香草雞扒、太陽煎雙蛋、蘿蔔糕，非常滿意，終放食到件有肉汁既雞扒，近年大快活差得利害，好耐無試過食份滿意既快餐店早餐喇。雞扒肉質嫰過，無煮過龍，肉汁保持。太陽蛋新鮮，微暖，正呀。蘿蔔糕真係食到有蘿蔔，口感結實，唔係得啲粉。火腿絲紐紐通粉，居然仲可以食到彈牙既通粉。造形好特別，長形紐紋，第一次見，口感滑溜又熱辣辣，連湯同吃，好味道，好滿意。
